Update on Bedroom Bob's Legal Troubles
Some, including myself, were hopeful that Aver would continue to pursue legal action against Bedroom Bob for monies he allegedly owed to Avocet (Orrdone) Farms.
Regrettably, it seems it is unlikely that this will occur. The latest Administrator's Progress Report, dated February 20, 2026, contains the following statement.
"Claim against Dr Robert Jennings
The Administrator considers Dr Jennings to owe a significant sum to the Company. Solicitors were engaged to pursue this matter on the Administrator’s behalf.
After further investigations into Dr Jennings' financial position and legal advice obtained, the Administrator has determined that it is not in the best interest of the creditors to pursue the claim."
Disappointing.

Hi Kevin,
I have been meaning to comment on your post for some time, but “comments” were disabled until recently. Thanks to the Administrators for clearing that up!
First, I want to commend you on your diligence and persistence in pursuing this matter. I wish there were more people like you!
Here are my comments on your questions.
Frost:
I have read the police update you posted and have obtained some information on the same subject from other sources as well.
To summarise, the police investigation is now complete, and a report has been provided to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. The matter is now in the hands of the PF Service for final disposition.
Here is what I think is going on. Like all of us, the PF Service has to work within a budget. I am guessing about this, but I suspect that the PF Service knows that Frost's standard strategy in court is to make cases as long, as complex, and as difficult for all involved as possible. He does this by: a) causing delay after delay for reasons that he is unable to provide the court with any substantiation for; b) flooding the court with irrelevant information; c) making wild, unsubstantiated claims; and d) engaging in ad hominem attacks.
That may be what is weighing in favour of not proceeding. The PF Service may be thinking, why not allocate the funds to several higher-profile and simpler cases, which would result in speedier outcomes and better press for the PF Service?
So what can we do? It’s a new budget year. I’m hoping that if enough people put pressure on the PF Service and on their local elected government representatives, it will force a decision in favour of proceeding.
Yes, it is “just” a “white collar” crime, but given the large amount involved and the large number of individuals hurt, it is still a very serious crime.
Bedroom Bob:
I have not been able to locate any published court judgments regarding Bedroom Bob or his wife.
There are three possible explanations for this.
1- The case against them filed by Aver on behalf of Avocet (Orrdone) Farms is still ongoing
2- There has been a ruling, but the judgment has not been published
3- Bedroom Bob and his wife settled the matter out-of-court
While all three are a possibility, I do note that Bedroom Bob and his wife did previously settle the lawsuit filed against them by Begbies on behalf of Avocet (Omega) Infinite. We do not know the exact amount of the settlement because the case was assigned to Manolete, but we do know that Manolete was originally prepared to settle the matter for £350k.
As to where the money invested in Avocet went, we know from previous court proceedings that a lot of it went to Loch Lomond Heritage. That Frost-associated company, in breach of the law (what else is new), has failed to file any Accounts since March of 2023, so we do not know its financial position now. In 2023, it had £510k in assets, so, to address another of your questions, I doubt the Frosts are sleeping on the floor of the bookstore, as they have access to that money.
I will keep monitoring the situation and post an update if I find anything.
Again, Kevin, on behalf of all of the shareholders, thank you for your persistence in this matter! All the best in 2026!
