Update on Bedroom Bob's Legal Troubles
Some, including myself, were hopeful that Aver would continue to pursue legal action against Bedroom Bob for monies he allegedly owed to Avocet (Orrdone) Farms.
Regrettably, it seems it is unlikely that this will occur. The latest Administrator's Progress Report, dated February 20, 2026, contains the following statement.
"Claim against Dr Robert Jennings
The Administrator considers Dr Jennings to owe a significant sum to the Company. Solicitors were engaged to pursue this matter on the Administrator’s behalf.
After further investigations into Dr Jennings' financial position and legal advice obtained, the Administrator has determined that it is not in the best interest of the creditors to pursue the claim."
Disappointing.
