Why do we need an Independent Avocet forum?

Avocet has issued in excess of 22,000,000 one pound shares, with mirrored share options. To date shareholders have not seen a return, nor been able to view or trade their investment on a trading platform.
Undoubtedly the Avocet concept is one of great ambition which could improve the Earth's green credentials, if successful this could generate substantial income.
This forum allows shareholders to come together to discuss all aspects of Avocet, positive or negative, this will hopefully generate healthy discussions and help promote positive ideas, as well as provide a platform to keep all shareholders informed and interested in Avocet operations.

I am aware another impassioned about me has been published tonight by our Chairman. Surprised at how few had gained access after being advised venue oversubscribed. Can anyone explain why only votes from those present were considered?
